3. Not allowed to publish ads with content that violates the law of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkey and the EU (include advocacy of violence, racial hatred, pornography, etc.).
4. Not allowed to publish ads with content that violates generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.
5. Not permitted to place a company logo or brand as pictures attached to text messages.
6. Not allowed to publish the ads with the same parameters from a single advertiser.
7. Ads can be removed from www.turkeyreal.com for the following reasons:
   1. Advertiser already have an active ad advertising this facility; 
   2. Not filled in the main fields announcement; 
   3. The information contained in the advertisement information contrary to the policy of www.turkeyreal.com; 
   4. The information contained in the advertisement is incorrect; 
   5. Text messages composed using the upper register, with the exception of capitalization of words and proper names. Entirely in upper case can be written only abbreviations. Example of common misspellings: "communist"; 
   6. The text messages contain numerous spelling and punctuation errors, there are no dividing gaps; 
   7. Text messages, or comment on the photos contain a link to Internet resources. 
   8. Photography has no apparent semantic relation to the text ads or not serve the purpose adequately illustrate the text ads. 
   9. Photography contains user interface elements, abstract paintings, etc. 
   10. Photograph of poor quality, the represented object indistinguishable.
8. The editors may change the requirements for the contents and conditions of the publication of ads
9. The editors have a right to inform the users about all new advertising companies of www.turkeyreal.com by using the email addresses of users.
10. Editors reserves the right to editorial processing of ads in order to give them quality, convenient for the reader's perception.     1. At the expiration of ads on the www.turkeyreal.com your ad is automatically transferred to the inactive section of ads and removed from Featured ads section. When extending the term ads ad is automatically transferred to the section of active ads and placed in the Featured ads section.
    2. When the user delete messages during paid period of publication, refund will not be made.
    3. If the advertiser extens advertisements, the date of its publication on www.turkeyreal.com is changed to the current date. Announcement rises to the top only in the Featured ads category.
12. Access to personal information of users
    1. All information contained in the ads on www.turkeyreal.com, is open to all users, except for a password for access to the personal section of the user and contained in this section of information.
    2. User access to change information contained in the ads, produced only on the basis of unique username and password chosen by the user during registration.
    3. Responsibility for the password risk belong to an advertisers.
